Bruce has been immersed in the specialized world of imported automobiles since 1985 - first in Buffalo, NY and now at our four acre service and sales center in coastal Maine. Bruce is proud to lead a team of extremely skilled, talented, Bosh and ASE certified technicians who are readily able to diagnose today's complex vehicle systems. He and his crew share your passion for these fine automobiles with our ethos of "Integrity, Knowledge and Trust".
Bruce is a Bosch Trained technician, with extensive experience in Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and other imported favorites. A Dale Carnegie graduate, former volunteer with Junior Achievement, in his spare time Bruce enjoys sailing, nautical history and restoring antique radios. Bruce is also a licensed amateur radio operator, W1UJR, and has a highly satisfying working relationship with electronics.In addition, Bruce is both a National Registry and Maine licensed Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT), certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) and is also a employee of a a local EMS agency.
Rick brings a wealth of more than 15 years of experience in the automotive service field to the post, on top of some very impressive factory and Bosch training. In addition, Rick is both an ASE and Subaru Master Technician, and he's our designated "go to guy" for some of the more unusual cars we service and problems we are challenged with.
Always ready with helpful smile, Rick is also our General Manager, and leads both the Service and Operations departments, and is very close to finalizing his Bosch Master Technician status.
Rick has been associated with AMC since our early days, and always has a encouraging word, or helping hand for any customer or staff member in need.
No stranger to AMC, Rick has been affiliated with some our team members for well over 10 years. In his spare time, Rick enjoys playing pool in a evening league. He currently drives a "Saabaroo" and hopefully -- soon -- a Jaguar XJ-6 — but's that's whole `nuther story. Ask him, he'll be happy to share.
Chances are, when you call service you'll be speaking to Frank. He's is one of our newest service advisors — you know, the good folks who you speak with when you drop your car for service -- and the ones who call you with the good news when the work is done.
Frank may be new to us, but he has a proud history in the automotive service business, which is reflected in his highly-rated customer reviews (in other words, people love him and his 1000-watt smile).
Frank is originally from Houston, TX, y'all (and we'll never let him forget it!) However, he has family roots here in Maine; his wife and her family are from the Midcoast region. He's a proud new father, and Frank and his wife Jillian keep busy with their young daughter.
He's still acclimating to our Maine vs Houston winters, and the team loves to josh him about the cold weather while we count how many jackets he wears. We, like our customers, are delighted to have Frank onboard.
When you receive a call after service with us, that friendly voice on the other end of the phone is our CRM Julie. She handles our customer satisfaction duties to everyone's great satisfaction, as well as appointment reminders and follow up calls after service.
Actually, Julie's responsibilities are far more extensive and invaluable — as she assists with the sea of paperwork in vehicle sales and manages our "Help A Maine Family In Need" program. Plus, Julie reviews our ad copy, sends out the thank you cards and the delicious brownies, but most of all, adds a level of grace, cheer and order to our business.

Julie hails originally from the Jay, Maine area and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her daughter Ella, as well as hiking, beach and life outdoors. You won't often see her upfront at the service counter since her realm is in the sales side of the building, so be sure to stop by for her world-famous smile and say hello on your next visit.
Scotty also has a solid interest of all things nautical, having worked for some years at a local boatyard in Falmouth. Scotty is very active and dedicated to learning and working with our team on service issues and he's a regular contributor to the BMW and, Volvo, tech sites.
He's a proud new father of two boys and one girl, which keep Scotty and his wife Brittany busy. With of his experience, Scotty is one of our Mentor Staff. We, like our customers, are privileged to have Scotty onboard our team.
Odds are good that on your first visit to our facility, either Nick, Rick or Scotty were the ones who carried out the "Show and Tell" review with you on your car.
Because of his experience, Nick is one of our Mentor Staff and is assigned to work with new service team members and add to our Quality Control process. Nick, Becca and this wonder dog Max live in the midcoast area. We're absolutely thrilled to have Nick onboard as part of Team AMC!
Alicia is our new volunteer Art Space Coordinator. Alicia, an artist in her own right, works with local artists who wish to display their works at our center. At first glance, it may seem odd to have art and cars mixed together, but the combination really works.
For the last 15 years, AMC has offered a 2,000 square foot display space in our waiting room, office and customer lounge for artists creating with watercolor, print, acrylic, mixed media and/or print mediums. No commission or hanging fee is charged; the space is donated as a service to the local art community. Works may be purchased, with all proceeds going directly to the artist. We're always looking for new artists, interested parties should email Alicia via [email protected]
Alicia hails from Maine, and in her spare time enjoys CrossFit, running, reading, restoring old homes, antiquing, photography, gardening, spending time with her family and cat the brave Wesley (and yes, he is named after the character in the Princess Bride movie).
Paul is our occasional Valet Driver, handling our VIP pickup and delivery service from Falmouth to Camden. He will happily come right to your home or office, drop off a nice courtesy loaner car, and then bring your car in for service. After the service is completed, he'll clean, vacuum and wash the car before returning it to you and picking up the loaner.
