Let's face it, automotive service on today's high technology cars is no easy matter. Things can and do go wrong, even with a new car. While we can't prevent every problem, we can help with anything, and I mean anything, that involves our service. We strive to do each and every job right, but let's face it, this is not a perfect world, so, if and when something happens that you don't care for, we need to know. If ever something occurs that you are less than pleased about, or just would like us to do better next time, give us a call...and the chance to make it RIGHT. Our staff is schooled on the Apple Computer mantra "Do The Right Thing", and they believe it. And we practice that simple philosophy with everyone involved in our organization, from vendors to staff, and ultimately with you, our customer. Accountability, Responsibility, and Reliability are our key words.
When a problem comes up, my answer is always the same, "Do The Right Thing", not the "cheap" thing, not the "easy thing", we don't let it "slide", we fix it then and there. We do this not because we "have to", we do to because we "want to".
